Hi, I'm Greg Jackson. Two things sit at the centre of everything I do: helping people live well alongside long-term illness and exploring the surprisingly powerful act of forgiveness.
When your body doesn't cooperate with your plans, it changes everything. Your energy, your identity, your relationships, the way you see your future. I won't pretend to have all the answers, but I am deeply curious about how people find meaning and even joy when the ground beneath them keeps shifting. If that's where you are, I'd like to be someone you can think out loud with.
Living with an ongoing illness isn't just about the physical side. It's about the frustration when people don't understand, the grief for the life you thought you'd have, and the everyday negotiations between what you want to do and what your body will allow. I'm interested in all of that, not just the big moments but the small daily ones that add up.
Forgiveness is the other thread I keep coming back to. Not the greeting-card version. The real, messy, complicated kind. The kind where you have every right to be angry but carrying it is exhausting. Forgiving someone, or even forgiving yourself, isn't about saying what happened was fine. It's about choosing what you carry forward. That process fascinates me, and I've seen it change people in ways they didn't expect.
I'm warm but direct. I'll meet you with empathy, always, but I won't let us stay on the surface if there's something important underneath. Our conversations will be a genuine collaboration. You bring your story, I bring my curiosity and care, and together we see what opens up.
If something here resonated, I'd be glad to meet you. Let's see what we can figure out together.
