I'm Mario Hudson.
Three things fascinate me. The first is workplace bullying: how it creeps in, how it changes you, and most importantly, how you can reclaim yourself after it's happened. Being undermined or targeted at work doesn't just affect your nine-to-five. It seeps into everything. Your confidence, your sleep, your sense of who you are. I take that seriously, and I want to help you find solid ground again.
The second is personal values. Not values in the abstract, motivational-poster sense, but the actual, lived question of "what do I care about and am I living in line with it?" When there's a mismatch between what matters to you and how you're spending your days, it creates a kind of friction that's hard to name but impossible to ignore. Naming it is where we start.
The third might surprise you: the meaning behind gift-giving. Why do we give what we give? What do gifts say about our relationships, our expectations, and our unspoken emotions? It's a small window into something much bigger, and I find the conversations that come from it are often the most revealing.
My approach is reflective and grounded. I'm not going to rush you or push you somewhere you're not ready to go. But I will gently challenge you when I think there's something worth looking at more closely. Think of our sessions as a place to slow down, get honest with yourself, and connect the dots between how you feel and why.
If any of this speaks to you, let's talk.
