I work mostly with people who are dealing with two things, sometimes separately, sometimes all at once: feeling flat, unmotivated, and weighed down, and relationships that aren't going the way they want. Those two things feed each other more than most people realise. When your mood is low, everything in your relationships feels harder. And when your relationships are struggling, your mood takes a hit. It's a loop, and I'm good at helping people find their way out of it.
My approach is proactive and goal-oriented. We won't just talk in circles. We'll figure out what you want to be different, set real targets, and build practical skills you can use outside of our sessions. Communication, boundaries, finding ways to handle pressure, rediscovering what makes you feel alive. All of that is on the table.
I'm especially interested in how people communicate within their relationships. So much frustration comes down to two people who care about each other but can't seem to say what they actually mean. Or who've stopped trying. If you recognise that, we can work on it together. Not with scripts or rules, but by helping you understand your own patterns and find more honest ways to connect.
I care a lot about making this space feel safe and judgement-free. You can say the messy stuff here. The stuff you haven't told anyone. The stuff you're embarrassed about. I've heard it all, and nothing shocks me. What I will do is meet you with honesty and warmth, and help you figure out what comes next.
