I'm the kind of person who believes that everything is connected. My focus areas are that heavy, grey feeling that just won't lift, relationship struggles, and building a kinder relationship with yourself. That last one might sound vague, but it's actually the most concrete work we'll do. How do you talk to yourself when no one's listening? What standards do you hold yourself to? When was the last time you gave yourself the same grace you'd give a friend? These questions matter enormously, and the answers often explain a lot about why everything else feels so difficult.
I also care deeply about rest and sleep. When your nights are broken and your body is running on empty, nothing else works properly. We can explore what's keeping you up, whether that's a racing mind, worry, or something else entirely, and find practical ways to help your body and mind wind down.
Forgiveness, jealousy, trust, guilt. These big, loaded words come up in my conversations all the time. I don't shy away from them, and I won't pretend they're easy. But I'll sit with you in the difficulty of them for as long as it takes.
My style is nurturing but honest. I believe in the power of genuine warmth combined with gentle truth-telling. If something needs to be said, I'll say it, but I'll say it with care.
