Some things that happened a long time ago have a way of showing up today. In how you react to small things, in the tension you carry in your body, in the relationships you choose and the ones you avoid. If past experiences are still colouring your present, that's something I understand deeply and something I'm here to help with.
I also work with people who carry a lot of worry and nervous energy. The kind that sits in your chest, that makes your thoughts spin, that convinces you something bad is just around the corner. It's exhausting, and it shrinks your world if you let it. I'd like to help you open it back up.
My approach is empathetic, focused, and tailored entirely to you. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. What I believe in is showing up with genuine care, listening without an agenda, and helping you build understanding of yourself that leads to real, felt change. We'll look at your story, challenge the beliefs that aren't serving you, and work towards something that feels more like freedom.
I also spend a lot of time on confidence, family friction, and the tangled feelings of guilt and shame that so many people carry silently. These are things most of us don't talk about openly, and that silence can make them feel much bigger than they need to be.
Growth isn't just about fixing what's difficult. It's also about discovering what's strong, what brings you joy, and what makes your life feel worth living. I'm interested in all of it.
