Not every chapter of life is one you'd choose to read again. Some are full of loss, confusion, or a sadness that refuses to budge. If you're in the middle of one of those chapters now, I'd like to sit with you in it.
I'm Keisha Potter, and I work with people navigating grief, low moods that won't shift, and that general sense of being overwhelmed by life's demands. I don't believe in rushing anyone through these experiences. They have their own pace, and so do you.
What I bring is warmth, attentive listening, and honest conversation. I'll help you notice strengths you might have forgotten you had, set goals that feel meaningful rather than performative, and rebuild your confidence step by step.
A lot of our conversations will also touch on family relationships, how you see yourself, communication, and that nagging question of what you're really doing with your life. These threads tend to be woven together more tightly than people realise, and pulling on one often reveals the rest.
My approach is active and engaged. I ask questions, share what I observe, and occasionally challenge you, always gently, always with your well-being as the compass. I want our time to feel like a proper conversation, not a performance.
