I focus on persistent worry, feeling low, self-confidence, and loneliness. These experiences often overlap and amplify each other, and untangling them takes patience, honesty, and the right kind of support. That's what I offer.
My approach is collaborative. I listen actively, I challenge the beliefs that are keeping you stuck, and I help you build new skills you can use every day. I might suggest things to try between sessions, not to add to your to-do list, but because real growth happens when you start applying new ways of thinking to your actual life.
I also work with people who struggle with harmful habits, feeling uneasy around other people, or difficulty communicating with the people they love. These are hard things to sit with, and harder things to talk about. I get that. My space is judgement-free, always.
