I'm Elsie. I'm here for the people who are overwhelmed and exhausted. The ones keeping everything together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside. If that's you, there's no need to pretend here.
My main focus is on persistent sadness and stress that has become unmanageable. These things have a way of making even simple tasks feel enormous, and they can rob you of your motivation, your sleep, your sense of who you are. In our sessions, we'll work to understand where those feelings are coming from and develop practical ways to ease them. Not quick fixes, but real, lasting changes.
I'm also deeply interested in helping people who are going through big life transitions, whether planned or unexpected. A new job, a loss, a move, a shift in identity. Change can be exciting, but it can also feel destabilising, and I think having someone steady to talk it through with makes all the difference.
If you're someone who looks after everyone else and forgets to look after yourself, I see you. If you've lost your spark and can't remember when it happened, I see that too. We'll work on rebuilding your sense of self, questioning the guilt that tells you your needs don't matter, and gradually finding your way back to something that feels like purpose.
I'll teach you practical skills, things you can actually use in your daily life when things get hard. And I'll be truthful with you. Not blunt for the sake of it, but candid in a way that respects your intelligence. Most people respond well to that. They've had enough of people tiptoeing around the difficult stuff. They want someone who'll sit in it with them and help them work through it.
My style is empathetic and hands-on. No judgment, ever.
Come and talk to me. There's no wrong time to start.
