Life doesn't always give us time to process what's happening to us. Things pile up, feelings get shoved aside, and before you know it, you're running on empty without understanding why. If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place. Here, you'll find warmth, patience, and zero judgment.
What will our sessions look like? Real, human conversations. I'll make sure you feel comfortable, and then we'll start looking at what's actually going on. Together, we'll explore how past experiences might be shaping your present, identify patterns you might not have noticed, and build concrete skills to help you move forward. If you've been feeling low, carrying a lot of guilt or shame, or struggling to find joy in the things that used to matter, those are exactly the kinds of things I want to talk about.
Closeness and relationships are areas I care about deeply. When past pain or recent upheaval makes it hard to connect with the people you love, or to let anyone new in, that's worth exploring. We'll approach it gently and at your pace, always with the goal of helping you feel more like yourself again.
I'm committed to making sure our sessions keep moving in a direction that feels useful to you. If something isn't working, I want to know. And if you're carrying stress that feels like it might crush you, I want to hear about that too. Nothing is too much.
I also want to be clear about something: you don't need to perform your pain to deserve support. You don't need to have the worst story in the room. If something is affecting your life, it matters. Full stop. I'll meet you wherever you are and we'll go from there.
