Everyone deserves a space where they don't have to hold it all together. Where the messy, confusing, contradictory parts of being human are welcome. That's what I try to create. I'm Faith Williams, and I'm glad you're here.
Life has a way of piling things up. Maybe you've been feeling flat for a while and can't pinpoint why. Maybe a knot of unease has taken up residence in your chest and refuses to leave. Or perhaps frustration keeps flaring up in ways that surprise you. Whatever is going on, you don't need to have it all figured out before we talk, and you certainly don't need the right words.
The areas I'm most drawn to are persistent low mood, unease, frustration, and self-worth. What interests me most is the connection between how you feel and the stories you've been telling yourself for years, sometimes without even noticing. Old narratives about not being enough, about what you should be, about what you deserve. Gently examining those together can unlock possibilities you hadn't imagined.
I also spend a lot of time exploring rest difficulties, eating habits, and relationship friction. These things are woven into our emotional lives more tightly than most people realise, and addressing them as a whole rather than in isolation tends to create lasting shifts. When one area starts to move, the rest often follows.
I'm client. I won't rush you. But I will encourage you to look at things from angles you might not have tried. Sometimes the biggest shifts don't come from dramatic revelations but from small changes in perspective that quietly rearrange everything.
This work matters deeply to me. Not as a task, but as something I care about on a personal level. If you're looking for someone who will sit with you through the difficult, beautiful, complicated process of understanding yourself better, I'm here. All of it.
