I'm Harold Webster, and I do things a bit differently.
Personal growth, the way I see it, is more like making art than following a blueprint. It's nonlinear, sometimes messy, and the most interesting things happen when you stop trying to get it perfect and start getting curious instead. That's the energy I bring. Less rigid structure, more creative exploration. Less box-ticking, more discovery.
I'm drawn to the big questions: Who am I really? What do I actually want? Why do I keep doing the thing I promised myself I'd stop doing? If you think deeply about life and sometimes get tangled in your own head because of it, we'll get on well. I love working with people who are ready to look at their lives through fresh eyes, even when what they see is complicated or uncomfortable.
My style is relaxed and direct. I use metaphor, storytelling, and unexpected angles to help you see your own situation in a new light. Sometimes a different frame on the same problem is all it takes to get moving again. I'll help you build approaches that fit you specifically, not generic advice you could get from any self-help book, but strategies rooted in your actual life, your actual patterns, your actual goals.
You don't need to be in a dark place to benefit from talking things through. Sometimes you just need someone who can see the picture you can't see because you're standing too close to the canvas. Someone who asks the right question at the right moment.
Fancy a conversation? Let's see where it goes.
