I'm Anaya Cunningham.
There's a kind of bravery in admitting that something needs to change. If you've found your way here, some part of you already knows that. I'm here to meet you in that space and help you figure out what comes next.
I work primarily with people navigating persistent low feelings and relationship challenges. These two things are often more entangled than they appear. When you're carrying an emotional weight, it colours everything, especially how you connect with the people around you. And when your relationships feel strained or empty, that weight deepens. It becomes a loop, and breaking it requires slowing down enough to see what's really happening.
I'm reflective and intentional in how I work. I'll invite you to pay attention to what's actually happening inside you, not just the version you show the world, but the quieter one you narrate to yourself when nobody's listening. That inner monologue is often where the real work begins. It's full of old assumptions, inherited beliefs, and unquestioned rules about who you should be. By examining it with curiosity rather than judgement, we can start to rewrite the parts that no longer serve you.
I'm particularly interested in helping people live with more intention and authenticity. So many of us run on autopilot, reacting from habit rather than choice, going through the motions without ever asking whether this is actually the life we want. Our conversations will centre on noticing those habits, understanding their origins, and deciding consciously whether they still belong.
Growth isn't something I impose on you. It's something we uncover together, collaboratively and at your pace. I bring compassion, patience, and a belief that you already carry more wisdom and strength than you realise. My role isn't to fix you, because you're not broken. It's to help you see yourself more clearly and make choices that align with who you truly are.
