Sometimes it's both at once, which is confusing and exhausting in equal measure. However it's showing up for you, we'll tackle it.
I'm a practical person at heart. I believe in giving you real, usable strategies that make a noticeable difference in your everyday life. We might explore ways to slow down and find some calm, or we might focus on reshaping the ways of thinking keeping you stuck in the same loops. It depends entirely on what you need, because what works brilliantly for one person won't necessarily work for another, and I'd rather find your approach than force a generic one.
