I'm Imogen Hayes.
Sometimes things get hard in a slow, creeping way. Not dramatically, but quietly, until one day you look up and realise you've been running on fumes for longer than you'd care to admit. The things you used to enjoy don't hold your attention. Getting out of bed feels like an achievement in itself. If that's where you are, I'm here to help lighten the load.
The areas I'm most drawn to are deep sadness, overwhelming unease, and that stuck feeling where nothing shifts no matter what you try. I also work with people navigating career challenges, relationship friction, and the difficult process of rebuilding confidence after it's taken a knock. These things don't exist in isolation, and looking at the bigger picture of someone's life is far more useful than zooming in on one piece.
I listen carefully, and then we work together to figure out what's actually going on beneath the surface. I'll gently question the assumptions and beliefs that might be keeping you in the same patterns, and we'll develop new ways of thinking and communicating that feel more authentic to who you really are, rather than who you think you're supposed to be.
I know it takes real courage to say, "I need some help with this." I don't take that lightly. Whether you've lost interest in the things that used to bring you joy, or you're finding it impossible to focus on even the basics, those are things we can address together with patience, care, and absolutely no pressure.
Wherever you are right now is a valid starting point. Let's figure out the next steps together.
