The conversations I have tend to be with people who are struggling with rest, self-confidence, and that feeling of being constantly drained. These things are deeply connected, and working on them together rather than separately creates the most meaningful shifts. When you start resting better, you start feeling better. When you feel better, you start believing in yourself again. It's a positive cycle, and getting it started is often the hardest part.
Beyond sleep, I'm interested in helping you tackle the things that keep you small. Feeling uneasy around other people, feeling cut off from others, the need to control everything, these are signals, not character flaws. They're telling you something important, and together we'll figure out what that is and what to do about it. Sometimes the answer is surprising, and that's part of what makes this work so rewarding.
