Hi, I'm Sadie Cohen. I tend to notice the things people don't say out loud. The hesitation before answering "how are you?" The way someone talks about their week without ever mentioning themselves. That's usually where the real conversation starts.
I focus on those stretches of life where everything feels flat, colourless, or just impossibly heavy. Maybe you've been dragging yourself through the days, going through the motions but not really feeling any of it. Maybe your thoughts have been racing and you can't seem to slow them down, or you've been carrying a knot of worry in your chest that won't shift. I'm interested in what's underneath all of that, and I'd like to explore it with you.
I'm also drawn to the big, messy life stuff: family fallout, relationships that have gone sideways, losing someone you love, or realising that the life you've built doesn't actually feel like yours. These aren't neat problems with tidy solutions, and I won't pretend they are. But I will sit with you in the mess and help you find a thread to pull on.
My style is active. I'll listen carefully, yes, but I'll also ask the questions that make you pause. I'm interested in the stories you tell yourself about who you are and what you deserve, because those stories shape everything. Sometimes they need rewriting.
During our sessions, I'll sometimes suggest things to try or think about on your own. Not busy work for the sake of it, but small, practical steps that help you carry what we talk about into your actual life. I find the real shifts happen out there, not just in our conversations.
What I care about most is helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that got buried along the way. The sense of direction. The ability to enjoy an ordinary Tuesday. The feeling that your life has something in it worth protecting.
If any of this sounds like it might be what you need right now, I'd genuinely like to hear from you.
Warmly,
Sadie
