Let's start here: you don't have to have it all figured out.
I'm Skye, and I work with people whose minds tend to run a bit too fast, a bit too loud, or a bit too critically. If your thoughts have been spiralling, if you've been stuck under a blanket of heaviness you can't quite explain, or if you just feel like your brain won't cooperate with what you're trying to do, I'd like to help.
I focus on worry, low mood, confidence, and the complicated stuff around food and how you feel about your body. I also spend a lot of time with people who feel like they're constantly falling short of their own expectations, or who've been quietly struggling in ways that others don't seem to see. I know how exhausting that can be.
My approach is warm but honest. I'll create a space where you feel genuinely safe to say the things you've been keeping to yourself, the guilt, the shame, the bits you think are too much. Nothing you bring into our sessions will shock me or push me away.
Together, we'll untangle what's been weighing on you. The worries that follow you to bed. The days where everything feels pointless. The moments you can't seem to hold your attention on anything. I'm not here to give you a pep talk. I'm here to help you build something real, skills and self-understanding that stay with you long after our conversations end.
You've already done the hardest part, which is admitting something needs to change. The next step is just a message away.
