Life has a way of getting tangled. Responsibilities pile up, relationships get complicated, and somewhere in the middle of it all, you lose track of what you actually need. If you've been feeling stretched thin, emotionally drained, or unsure of your next move, those feelings deserve attention.
I'm Raelynn Gonzales. I focus on stress, low mood, life transitions, and the emotional toll of caregiving. Divorce, separation, family upheaval, these aren't small things, and they change you in ways that are hard to articulate. My job is to help you articulate them anyway, and then figure out what comes next.
I'm an active listener, but I'm also a doer. Our sessions won't just be about venting, though there's room for that when you need it. I like to work with you on concrete strategies. What beliefs are keeping you stuck? What can you try this week that might shift something, even slightly? What would it look like to start forgiving yourself for things you've been carrying?
I'm especially drawn to working with people who feel like they have been putting everyone else first and have lost sight of their own needs in the process. Self-worth and confidence are things we'll build together, not through empty affirmations, but through real, grounded work that sticks.
There's no perfect time to start. Whenever you show up, that's the right time.
