I'm Robert Sullivan. Let me be straightforward with you: I don't do surface-level small talk, and I'm not going to nod along while you tell me what you think I want to hear. What I'll do is meet you exactly where you're and help you figure out where you actually want to go. That sounds simple, but it rarely is, and that's exactly why the conversations matter.
A lot of the people who come to me feel stuck. Maybe the days all blur together. Maybe you're angry but can't pinpoint why. Maybe you've pulled away from people and now the silence feels louder than the noise ever did. Or maybe you're dealing with something specific, low mood, difficulty concentrating, a sense that your life lacks direction, and you want someone who isn't going to dance around it.
I like working with people who are tired of going through the motions and want something to actually change, even if they aren't sure what that looks like yet. I believe people are more capable than they give themselves credit for, and my job is to help you see that clearly and start acting on it.
In our sessions, expect direct questions, practical ideas you can use between sessions, and zero judgment. I believe in setting real goals, not vague ones, and then working toward them with honesty about what's and isn't working. I'll notice things you might be overlooking, name them, and trust that you can handle the truth. That's respect, not toughness.
You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. That's sort of the whole point.
