When your thinking patterns are working against you, it affects your focus, your confidence, your ability to follow through on the things that matter. That's the puzzle I love working on.
I'm Tyler James. I focus on concentration and focus, self-organization, building better daily strategies, and personal growth. And I'm not going to tell you to just try harder.

I like results, and I like seeing people surprise themselves with what they can accomplish once the right structure is in place.
