I'm not the loudest voice in the room, and I don't think I need to be. What I am is attentive. I notice things. And most of the real breakthroughs happen in the quieter moments, when someone finally says the thing they've been carrying around for months.
My name is Andy Rice. I tend to work with people who are going through something that's hard to name. Not always a big dramatic event, but the slow accumulation of feeling off. Difficulty concentrating. A persistent low energy. Old family stuff that keeps surfacing at the worst times. The weight of things left unsaid or unresolved.
I believe in moving at a pace that feels right, not rushing to fix everything in the first session. We'll talk about what's going on now, and sometimes we'll circle back to where it started. I'm interested in how you relate to your family, how you handle conflict, and what forgiveness actually looks like for you (not the greeting card version).
My approach is calm and grounded. I won't overwhelm you with exercises or homework. What I will do is pay close attention, ask the right questions, and help you see your situation from angles you might not have considered. Sometimes that's all it takes.
