I think of our conversations like exploring a map you've never fully unfolded. There are parts of yourself you know well, parts you've avoided, and parts you didn't even know were there. I like going to all three.
I'm Sean Richards. People come to me when they feel stuck, unmotivated, or unsure of what they're doing with their life. Sometimes the issue is specific: trouble sleeping, difficulty trusting people, low energy that won't lift. Other times it's more existential. A nagging question about purpose, meaning, or whether you're living the life you actually want.
I'm naturally curious, and that comes through in how I work. I'll follow the thread of something you said three sessions ago if it seems important. I'll ask the question you're hoping no one asks. I'll also know when to back off and let you process at your own speed.
For those whose Jewish faith or cultural heritage is meaningful to them, I welcome that into our sessions. Identity, tradition, and belonging are powerful themes, and they deserve space in this work.
Mostly, I'm here for people who want to stop spinning their wheels and start building something that feels worth building. Curiosity is the only prerequisite.
