Some experiences leave marks that don't fade on their own. They show up in how you react to certain situations, in the distance you keep from people, in the way your body tenses when everything seems fine. You might have gotten very good at functioning despite all of it. But functioning and actually being okay are two different things.
I help people process painful past experiences, rebuild self-worth, and work through grief. My approach is unhurried and non-judgmental. I don't rush. I don't force you to revisit anything before you're ready. But when you're ready, I'll be right there with you, steady and present.
Most people already understand more about their own situation than they give themselves credit for. My role isn't to decode your life for you. It's to create the conditions where your own clarity can surface. Sometimes that means asking a question that stops you in your tracks. Sometimes it means just being quiet and letting you think.
I welcome everyone, regardless of background, orientation, or belief system. I keep a non-religious approach, though I'm always respectful of your own values and worldview.
If you've been white-knuckling your way through life and wondering when it'll start to feel easier, it might be worth exploring what would happen if you stopped doing it alone. Not everything needs to be carried in silence.
