You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from talking to someone. A lot of the people I work with aren't falling apart. They're just tired. Tired of the same loops in their head, tired of feeling reactive instead of intentional, tired of knowing something needs to change but not knowing where to start.
I focus on stress, low mood, relationship friction, and building self-confidence. My approach is practical. I'm less interested in theory and more interested in what's going to help you this week. That said, I do believe in looking at the roots of things, not just trimming the branches. If a pattern keeps repeating, it's worth understanding why.
Here's what a session with me typically looks like: you bring whatever's on your mind. I listen, I reflect, I ask questions that help you see it differently. By the end, we usually land on something actionable, a conversation to have, a habit to adjust, a perspective to sit with. Not always. Some sessions are just about processing. That's valuable too.
I'm particularly good with people who are dealing with multiple things at once, because life rarely presents its challenges one at a time. Work stress bleeds into your relationship. Relationship tension affects your sleep. Poor sleep makes everything harder. I help you see those connections and address them holistically rather than in isolation.
No pretense here. Just a space to think clearly and move forward with more awareness than you had before.
