People contain multitudes, and no two sessions should ever look the same. If you're someone who processes the world through feeling, intuition, or creative expression, you'll find that reflected in how I work.
My focus is on emotional well-being, relationships, and life transitions. I bring creativity into our conversations, not in a gimmicky way, but because sometimes words alone aren't enough. Writing, imagery, metaphor: these can unlock things that straightforward talk misses. If that's not your style, no problem. I adapt to you, not the other way around.
I'm drawn to the complexities of relationships, especially the ones that are hard to explain to other people. The co-parenting dynamic that's draining you. The friendship that shifted and left you confused. The loneliness that exists inside a marriage. These situations don't fit neatly into categories, and I don't try to force them into one.
I also work with people moving through significant life changes: new cities, new roles, the end of something that defined you for a long time. Transitions can crack open things you didn't know were there. That can feel unsettling, but it can also be an invitation to rebuild in a way that's more authentic.
What you can expect from me: curiosity about your inner world, the willingness to sit with difficult emotions rather than rushing to fix them, and the occasional observation that might surprise you. I'm not a cheerleader. I'm a companion for the complicated stuff.
I keep my approach non-religious and welcoming to all identities and backgrounds. Whatever brings you here, there's room for it.
Warm regards,
Heidi
