The gap between where you're and where you want to be can feel enormous. Especially when you're not entirely sure where you want to be. That uncertainty doesn't mean you're lost. It often means you're ready to look more clearly at your life than you have before.
I focus on self-worth, life purpose, and navigating change. What that really means is I help people who are going through transitions, whether that's a career shift, the end of a relationship, becoming a parent, or simply waking up one day and realizing the life they built doesn't fit anymore.
My approach is thoughtful and individual. I don't use a one-size-fits-all method because people aren't one-size-fits-all. I listen carefully to what you're telling me, and equally carefully to what you're not telling me. Sometimes the most important things live in the silences and the qualifications and the "but it's fine, really."
In our sessions, I might ask you to set small, meaningful goals. I might suggest something to pay attention to during your week. I might point out a contradiction in what you've said, not to catch you out, but because contradictions are usually where the interesting stuff lives.
If you've been telling yourself that you should be able to handle things on your own, or that your problems aren't "big enough" to warrant support, I'd gently push back on that. Everyone's experience is valid, and taking time to understand yours more deeply is never a waste.
