Change has a way of making everything louder. The doubts get louder, the emotions get louder, and the gap between who you're and who you thought you'd be by now gets harder to ignore. If you're in that place, I want you to know it's not a sign of failure. It's usually a sign of growth trying to happen.
I focus on emotional well-being, identity, and life transitions. I have a particular understanding of the LGBTQ+ experience, and I bring that awareness into all of my work. Whether you're questioning, out, somewhere in between, or none of the above, you'll find someone here who doesn't make assumptions about who you're.
My sessions tend to be reflective. I'll ask you to slow down and look at what's underneath the surface of what you're telling me. Not because the surface doesn't matter, but because what's below it usually explains a lot more. I don't rush this process. Some things need time to unfold.
I'm good at working with people who feel isolated, either physically or emotionally. Loneliness isn't always about being alone. Sometimes it's about being surrounded by people who don't really see you. That particular kind of disconnection is something I take seriously.
What I bring to every session: full attention, honest reflection, and a willingness to go wherever the conversation needs to go, even when it's uncomfortable. Especially when it's uncomfortable.
