Life doesn't come with clean categories. Your stress at work bleeds into your mood at home. Your mood at home affects how you show up for the people you care about. And underneath all of it, there's often a question you haven't let yourself ask yet: Is this really what I want?
I work with people who are dealing with low mood, relationship difficulties, and questions of meaning and direction. I'm especially interested in how cultural background and personal history shape the way you see yourself and the world. Those influences are powerful, and they deserve to be part of the conversation.
My approach is collaborative and respectful. I won't impose a framework on you. Instead, we'll build our conversations around what matters most to you right now. That might shift over time, and that's fine. Flexibility is part of the process.
What people tell me they value most about working with me: I remember the details. I connect dots across sessions. I'm comfortable sitting with ambiguity, which means you don't have to have everything figured out before you start talking. In fact, it's better if you don't.
I believe in the power of small shifts. A slightly different way of seeing a familiar problem. A question you've never asked yourself before. A moment of recognition that something you thought was unique to you is actually deeply human. Those moments add up.
If you're feeling disconnected, from others or from yourself, and you're curious about what a real conversation might do for you, I'd welcome the chance to find out together.
