Hello, I'm Vivian.
Life has a way of asking more of us than we expected. Some of us arrive here tired, carrying old hurts and wondering where the joy went. Some of us have leaned on habits that once felt like comfort but now feel like a weight. Others are simply asking a quiet question: "Is this all there is?" If any of that sounds familiar, you are welcome here, exactly as you are.
My approach
I am a warm, unhurried, and plain-spoken person. I believe real change begins with being heard, so I listen first. I listen to what you say, to what you are still finding words for, and to the story underneath. I won't rush you, and I won't judge you. There is no shame in this room, only curiosity and care.
Mindfulness and reflection
I weave gentle mindfulness into our conversations. That might mean pausing to notice what you are feeling in the moment, or taking a slow breath before we explore something tender. Together we might look back at the experiences that shaped you, including hard seasons, family tensions, and losses that never quite got their due. We don't do this to dwell in the past. We do it so that you can understand it, soften toward yourself, and begin to forgive what needs forgiving.
I also like to leave room for stillness. Often the most honest answers come after a quiet moment of reflection, and I'll never fill that silence for you.
What we might explore together
• Breaking habits that no longer serve you, with patience instead of pressure
• Rebuilding self-esteem and a kinder inner voice
• Letting go of guilt and shame that have lingered too long
• Finding purpose and meaning, especially through life's big changes
• Easing loneliness and reconnecting with the people and passions that matter
• Learning practical skills and setting small, realistic goals you can build on
Change at any stage of life is not only possible, it can be deeply rewarding. I believe the years we have lived give us wisdom, and it is never too late to begin again, rediscover what lights you up, and learn to love the person you are.
Why online therapy?
Our sessions take place here on Therapeak through private, written chat. Many people find this makes it easier to begin. You can speak from the comfort of your own space, at a pace that feels right, without worrying about travel or being seen. Writing also gives you time to pause and choose your words. You can look back over our conversations and notice how far you have come. For many, putting feelings into words is a powerful form of reflection in itself.
Taking the first step
Reaching out can feel like the hardest part, and if you are here, you have already shown courage. You don't need to have it all figured out. You only need to be willing to begin, and I'll walk beside you at every step.
I would be honored to meet you.
Warmly,
Vivian
