Hello, I'm Serenity.
I believe that most of us carry more than we ever say out loud. Between the people we love, the roles we've taken on, and the lives we thought we'd be living, there is often a quiet space where our truest questions sit, waiting for someone to listen without hurry or judgment. I'd like to be that someone for you.
How I work
My sessions are slow, honest, and grounded. I invite you to pause, take a breath, and look at what is really happening beneath the surface. I weave mindfulness and reflection into our conversations, not as a performance but as a way of coming home to yourself. When we slow down, clarity often arrives on its own. Sometimes it is a small noticing, like where a feeling lives in your body or what a certain moment in your day stirred up. Those small noticings can open surprisingly big doors.
What I care about
I'm drawn to the tender, complicated places in relationships: closeness and distance, desire and duty, love that is real yet doesn't always look the way we expected. I also walk beside people during seasons of change, such as blending families, stepping into new roles, letting go of old identities, and grieving what once was. I know that caring for others can be both deeply meaningful and heavy, and that your own needs deserve a place at the table too.
I'm not here to tell you what you should feel or which path you should choose. I'm here to help you hear your own voice more clearly, so that your choices come from honesty rather than pressure or guilt. You can hold love and uncertainty at the same time. You can be grateful and still want something more. Nothing you bring here will shock me, and it's all welcome.
What to expect
Together we'll reflect on your story, including the chapters that shaped you, and gently look at the beliefs that guide you today. I'll offer practical tools to help you focus, settle your mind, and communicate openly with the people closest to you. We'll set goals that feel meaningful rather than imposed, and I'm happy to suggest small reflections between sessions so our work continues in your everyday life. I'll check in on how you're doing along the way, because growth is a shared effort.
Why online therapy
Meeting through written conversation has its own quiet gift. You can express yourself in your own words, at your own pace, from a space where you already feel at ease. Writing often helps people slow down and find language for feelings they've carried for years, and you can return to our conversation later to reflect on it again. It also makes support easier to fit into a full life, especially when you're looking after others.
If you're ready to pause, breathe, and look honestly at where you are, I would be glad to walk with you. Come as you are, and we'll begin there.
